Introduction

Automobiles have come to mankind as mixed blessing. While they enable mankind to conquer distances, they have also caused blatant destruction of the human environment, poisoned the atmosphere, and made human beings vulnerable to several diseases and fatalities. They are also major consumer of o2. The most affected group of people are urban inhabitants. We breathe roughly around 22,000 times and inhale 16 kg of air daily.

So now it’s our duty to protect our environment for our-selves and for next generations. So please do join this initiative of bike2work.in for our own benefit. If not we -- who will? If now not now -- when? As we all know prevention is better than cure, let us pledge to take bi-cycles as alternative transportation to automobiles.
